Golden Wheat Mills PLC. (GMC) was established in 1995, and located in Burham village near Bir-Zeit , Ramallah as a public share holding company with a capital of 7 Million J.D, then it started to produce flour and semolina in 1999, as a result its capital had increased to 10 Million J.D. ,In October 2005the General Assembly and Board of Directors in there ordinary meeting of the G.A decided the increase of the company 's capital with 10%, to become 20 million J.D.
During the meeting of the General Assembly and Board of Directors on October 30th 2006 a decision was taken to decrease the total capital of the company to be 15 Million JD’s rather than 20 Million JD’s.
